What began as a humble venture in a garage in 2016 has blossomed into one of Western Australia's most cherished artisan coffee roasting brands.
Founded by Manjimup locals, April and Ian, Southern Roasting Co. has grown from its grassroots beginnings to a name synonymous with quality and passion in the world of coffee.
In just a year, our journey took us from that garage to our flagship cafe on one of the main roads in Manjimup, where we not only serve our signature brews but also offer a delightful menu of treats, and local bites.
